This is the C Major 7 scale which is played in all 7 mode style. What we have done is we have borrowed certain notes from each mode and came up with a shredding result. You can use this kind of scale to steal ideas from and add them to your own arsenal. Start slow at first and whatever speed you are comfortable with and gradually increase speed. over the next few days I will put up more example like this in the Lesson's Intermediate section so you can see how they interconnect.
